Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SER Mobile account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Back up your data and perform a factory reset to remove all personal information, then place the device back in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
